There's so many awesome poses/stances Jet Li performs throughout the movie and they have to come up with a fake one for their DVD cover.

On the DVD cover of Hero you see Jet Li holding a sword.
On the back of the case, you see him holding a different sword. The one pictured on the back of the case is the one I remember seeing him...
