IGN says they haven't touched a console version yet and it's all based on PC version

I'm still a little fuzzy about the release : We're getting a PS4 version at launch enhanced for PS5 but there will be a separate PS5 version to download for free sometime in 2021?

General compatibility concerns. They want to make sure it works right on the PS5 now so you don't have to wait until the next gen version to play it on a PS5.

Of course lots of PS4 games were made...
