This game is seriously broken. It has happened to me at least 20 times where I hit the shooting meter timing on excellent and wide open (basically green lights for both metrics) and missed the shot....

I usually wait till Black Friday to pick up a copy. Apparently there still some lingering issues/ glitches from years back that are still popping up in the game.
