I think all the versions do. The regular set I was sent to review also has the vinyl texture to the discs.

My FUNimation Exclusive just came in the mail and it is flawless. Granted, it's still sealed but I don't think any of discs are loose. The shrink-wrap is tight.

The PQ IS top notch - but the OCD-ers are bitching and moaning about silly screen caps that are NEVER indicative of the final product. That was my point.

I went ahead and pre-ordered with the discount. I was stuck there for a bit, because I am not sure if I'm getting this for review, so I covered all of my bases.
