I can't replicate any errors. It might have been from a bad ad that made it through a remnant network and has since been shut off. We'll keep an eye out for it.

I just checked, and there are no settings regarding the ability to disable the subscription confirmation page. If I could easily make this change, I would. There may be a plugin out there...

I made it 100px wider. Is that good? I can't make it fluid, and I can't really make it any larger then that without running into problems with smaller resolutions.

That drop-down isn't created dynamically, it's hard coded. So, either everybody sees it or nobody sees it. We can't limit it to only premium members, so the decision was made to just leave it off.
