Same! I just watched that this year, too, and it was a lot of fun.

My list is final. I'm just excited I made it to 100!

Re: 100 Movies. 31 Days. The 13th Annual "October Horror Movie Challenge" (10/1 - 10/

I just watched 1922, but I missed that. I'm sad I missed it, because that would have been funny and the movie itself was so depressing. Ugh.

I'm glad it wasn't just me with Thomas Jane's accent. I...

Re: 100 Movies. 31 Days. The 13th Annual "October Horror Movie Challenge" (10/1 - 10/

I watched all the Phantasm sequels today, and I actually found myself tearing up at the last one, both the ending of the movie and later at the end of the credits where the filmmakers thank all the...

Re: 100 Movies. 31 Days. The 13th Annual "October Horror Movie Challenge" (10/1 - 10/

I watched that movie a few challenges ago. I thought it was one I'd never seen before, but like halfway through I remembered I saw it as a kid. I never knew the name, we just called it "the giant...

Re: 100 Movies. 31 Days. The 13th Annual "October Horror Movie Challenge" (10/1 - 10/

I remember when I saw that back in college I was like "why the fuck is this movie called Frogs? The frogs are the least scary things in the movie! The worst thing they do is ruin a birthday cake."

Re: 100 Movies. 31 Days. The 13th Annual "October Horror Movie Challenge" (10/1 - 10/

We weren't allowed to watch it either when I was a kid, but my mom finally relented when I was 13 and we watched it on TV one day. I still love it but I haven't seen it in years. I was thinking about...

Finished "Scanners" as well! Now I don't have to be embarrassed to call myself a Cronenberg fan anymore.

You'll have to buy it for next year so I don't have to suffer alone with the memory of that movie. :nopanic:

Re: 100 Movies. 31 Days. The 13th Annual "October Horror Movie Challenge" (10/1 - 10/

Oh dear GOD yes. I bought "Night of 1000 Cats" on DVD to watch for the challenge one year, and I considered burning my copy after it ended.

I love Tales from the Hood. It's one of my favorite anthology films.

I finally got to see "Videodrome"!!! I'm stoked. It was one of those movies I always meant to watch but it kept getting pushed...

Re: 100 Movies. 31 Days. The 13th Annual "October Horror Movie Challenge" (10/1 - 10/

I liked it too. I think it's just you and me. 10 year old me would have loved it, so I was able to get some enjoyment from that perspective.

Re: 100 Movies. 31 Days. The 13th Annual "October Horror Movie Challenge" (10/1 - 10/

I loved that one too. And I didn't recognize Ethan Embry, but I knew that his voice was familiar, so I had to look it up on IMDB after the movie was over to see that it was him.

Re: 100 Movies. 31 Days. The 13th Annual "October Horror Movie Challenge" (10/1 - 10/

"The Bird with the Crystal Plumage" is definitely my favorite Argento film. It's the first Italian horror movie I saw, way back when I was 12, and I still love it today. I own it on DVD. Hope you...

Re: 100 Movies. 31 Days. The 10th Annual October Horror Movie Challenge (Oct 1-31) Pt
