My pre-order from OrbidDVD is on route and I should have it in my hands by this weekend.

From early reviews, it appears that the framing issue on part 3 was fixed. Arrow never acknowledged there...

If you ever change your mind, I would get the Arrow disc since it has different extras than the Criterion.

Just an update: I received the corrected Disc 1 in the mail. It came in a CD jewel case. I was happy at the quick turnaround. The return address was from MVD and not Arrow which I found interesting....

I have the bad copy. For fun, I tested the disc and oh my, the authoring is bad. The picture stutters like it was trying to move through quicksand.

I'm hoping that Arrow comes through and issues...

Did you have an issues with your copy?

The corrected disc says, "V2" at the end of the stock # on the actual disc.

Amazon has the Donnie Darko 4k Limited Edition on sale for 25 bucks. I'm waiting for it to arrive in the mail.

This is the "original'" version of WAU that the Misfits were going to release before they signed a one off record deal with Ruby Records. This version has always been referred to as the "Plan 9"...

I guessed right. When I bought the KL it was a blind buy and I love the movie. I wouldn't mind upgrading when Criterion eventually releases on Blu/4k.
