Re: Idle Hands (1999)

Re: Idle Hands (1999)

I spent the weekend at Mad Monster 2023. I was able to ask Robert Englund about it and he couldn’t remember. He said he’s done so much voiceover work that he gets residuals for stuff he doesn’t...

Here’s the link to the wikiquotes page. I checked out a few scenes on my phone and I did hear it say “shit” at the end, but that was it. It’s mixed kind...

Re: Idle Hands (1999)

I couldn’t hear any vocalizations and Robert Englund isn’t listed in the movie credits or on IMDb. All of the quotes I saw on wiki quotes sound like they were lifted from A Nightmare on Elm Street....

Idle Hands (1999)

I just watched this for the first time since it came out. Wikipedia lists Robert Englund as the voice of the hand and multiple other websites reference this, but the hand never talked. I also found...

Why did the Felice Brothers cancel their tour with Conor Oberst?

They were going to be his opening band and his backing band. I got an email saying that they wouldn't be playing. Instead, Tim Kasher and Frances Quinlan will be opening with each playing a short...

Re: Guided By Voices - where to start?

Thanks. I'm going to look into these. This gives me a place to start.

I've been a Bobby Bare jr. fan for years and he's been playing guitar with Guided by Voices for the last few years. I picked...

Guided By Voices - where to start?

Re: Get me into Country

I'll add Langhorne Slim to the alt country list as well. I just saw him live a few weeks ago and he puts on one hell of a show.

Re: Get me into Country

I could have overlooked him, but I don't think I saw Kris Kristofferson mentioned. Definitely one of the greats. I also discovered Guy Clark a while back. Dublin Blues came on pandora and I woke from...

Re: The VINYL Thread!

It seems like a lot of albums are finally getting a release and hard to find albums are getting a new pressing. There is a large gap in 90s music that can't be found. Many albumsthat were going for...
