I saw one copy of the Blu-ray of Justice League at one of the Targets near me, but it didn't have one of those "Target Exclusive" red & white stickers on it. It did have a sticker with a barcode...

Not sure what you consider a "proper ending," but to me, most Anime series fall apart near the end whether they have a clearcut ending or not.
