freedvds still hasn't responded to my customer...

freedvds still hasn't responded to my customer service request and the dvds i ordered are still backordered. this is getting ridiculous.

TV sets pre/early release? Which stores break street date in Atlanta, GA?

Anyone know of any mom and pop DVD stores in and around Atlanta that sell DVDs and (maybe) get them before street date? Went through the Yellow Pages, couldn't find anything.

Oooh thanks for all that info! I saw all the release dates but until you just said it I didn't even realise that all the release dates are tuesdays of each month! Is there a reason why its that way?...

Well you do still end up paying for shipping to return the software to them. Fedex usually costs 3 to 4 bucks unless you go by media mail which is cheaper but has no tracking number if i recall...

I don't get it. Shagrath just said do pricematch at the customer service desk, which is the same as what you're saying. Why can't you buy it at the register and PM at the cust service desk?
