That sabre got cut in half in the Dooku duel - he's left with Kenobi's Blue one to fight with.
Your right about the turqouise colour but its really disappointing see Vader's death star white sabre...

Unfortunately the white saber on the falcon...

Unfortunately the white saber on the falcon remains. In one shot it almost looks as its got a green tint - whether or not that was in Ben's hut or in the falcon I can't remember. Only watched it once...
