As far as I know there was never a physical release of all of the 3AM material of Midnights or at least not on CD. Some of it ended up on a special concert CD along with other bonuses but not all of...

Best I can do for you is the complete run of Salute Your Shorts from Nickelodeon and the Despecialized Editions of Star Wars. Neither one of those worked to get a formal release, though!

I am all for them as long as they don't lock up the theatrical release the way Lucas did with the Star Wars trilogy. Let the viewer decide which they prefer.
