I believe the mounting issue is that it will not let you mount the seahorse when you are standing on the ground underwater. If you jump up slightly you should be able to mount fine.

Both of the questionable answers seem okay. Nightmares and Dreamscapes is the name of a book that was made into a mini-series, and the serial Green Mile still seems like a book.
