I have a noise problem with "Belle de Jour" as well. Even loading the disc is quite noisy. This never occurred to me with any other disc before (haven't checked the rest of the box set yet).

The white text is in Korean, the red is the movie title in Japanese, and the "Special Edition" term is used internationally. So there is nothing weird about it ;)
