Thanks Duz - tired it out and they seem to be standard size except the spine is very slightly smaller.

Now I just have to figure out how to print a 10.8" layout on a 11" glossy without it cropping...

Not much time into it yet (about an hour) but I like the feel of it - couldn't find any good quality artwork for the title, so decided to make something completely different.
