I guess it was because I had lord of the rings box set in there. I was under the impression it would work with box sets. So this only works on 19.99 or less dvds?

Its not working for me. The free dvd promotion shows up, but in my cart under promotions the oscar funcash thing has a green check. Under it the free dvd promotion is in red with a red circle by it....
