Night Gallery Season 1 insert?

I just bought Night Gallery - Season 1. When you open it up, there is a slot on the left side for a booklet, but it was empty. Was a booklet/insert supposed to come with the set? Thanks.

Thanks Trout and sb5. Yes, it was during the car chase - there are 2 points where the audio crackles loudly. I somehow missed the Shout Factory announcement.
