Re: Comic Book Cover Of The Day

I used to see Wendy and Richard Pini at Sci-Fi conventions a lot (for a while, it seemed like they, and Kelly Freas, were at every one I went to), but I never read the books either. At least with...

Re: Comic Book Cover Of The Day

Re: Comic Book Cover Of The Day

I was wondering what you were talking about ("released in 2013"?), so I looked it up. There was a TPB released in 2013 (http://www.mikesamazingworld.com/main/features/comic.php?comicid=142159), but...

Re: Movies that feature actual comic books

Drug addicts like comics. In the Encyclopedia Britannica anti-drug film Ups/Downs (1971), we see a familiar copy of DC Special #8 (Jul/Sep 1970).

Re: Comic Book Cover Of The Day

The only time I've ever noticed that sort of damage was on new comic book day in the backroom at the comic shop I shopped at back then, but it stands to reason that many books in that condition were...

Re: Comic Book Cover Of The Day

I think that's a 100 comic bundle, and packs that size usually went to distributors, who would then parcel out the books and deliver them to drugstores, grocery stores, etc. Comic shops (which were...

Re: Random comic-related pic thread

I found that one (along with Previews 4,5, & 6, and a few DC Releases) last night while straightening out some stuff. I don't know if I have Previews 1 & 2, or where they are if I do.

Re: Comic Book Cover Of The Day
