At least in the e-mail I got from Netflix, there was nothing to click on or any information to enter. Just a "sorry" and the bill would be reduced, which it was (a whole 24 cents).

I've wanted to stop into the Milwaukee store every time I drive past, but I've never drummed up the will to risk life and limb to get into the parking lot.

In the past we've had trouble with our queue not showing up.

I deleted both the Netflix app and it's cache from the HDD and re-downloaded and that seemed to help.
