i haven't bought a single dvd in about half a year or so. i missed a lot of good titles that i probably would have bought before... but not anymore i guess. i am about to make a big criterion...

ronin is the only movie i own that i've watched (the dvd, from beginning to end) more than twice, as well as listened to the whole commentary. not to mention it's $10 .. hey it's $10 here in Canada ...

i'd go with fear&loathing (i have the original and plan on getting CC sometime in the far future), or you could always get straw dogs (which is going out of print soon?).
