I am not sure if you know but Netflix has opened a new distribution center in Flushing, Queens a while ago. I am in Bklyn so the turnaround for me is 1-2 days, except new releases on their release...

If the title is on "Very Long Wait" you can write to Customer service and tell them the title is on Long wait for over a year in #1 spot. They will buy more, just a matter of time.
