Any news on possible uncut release of Stephen King's Maximum Overdrive?

I know this film is usually dumped on by King fans, but it's a guilty pleasure of mine. Tracking down as much info as I can about the movie, I've found that apparently there's an uncut VHS copy...

Wow, didn't know there was a SNES s-video cable out there. I'm currently playing Earthbound through my projector on the wall, so it's probably about an 80+" screen. It's awesome!

Wow, didn't know these had gone out of print either. I snagged them up as soon as they were released a few years ago. Loved them since I had watched both in my French class at school. Wonderful films.
