I really don't know what you should do in this situation but come on, did you really expect to get a box set with 12 movies and a few episodes of the TV show for $40? You were just asking for trouble.

At that price it's almost more cost-effective to become a member. I average a little over $1 per rental as I can usually fit in about 12 rentals in a month for $14 + tax. Seems like a good deal to me.

I prefer Rentmydvd.com much better to Netflix.com. I'd reccomend them, especially if you live in the North Atlantic US.
