I have a Phillips Pronoto and a One For All Cinema 7 - my avice get them both, the Cinema 7 is really easy to use but has limited functions compared to the Pronto, but its only $25 and well worth it

Denon 3801 at just over $700 will allow you to go the 7.1 route so you won't have the urge to upgrade next year or anything like a lot of us with 5.1 already have.

I'd try to get all 5 or 7...
