I ordered the 55 also. Costco does NOT have a maximum length of time that items can be returned. They "guarantee" your satisfaction, much like Sears does.

I was one of the original posters on this!

And it was because I had the same problem. Set your speakers to "large" and turn "RQ" off. This should correct your problems.
