If I remember correctly, I had this problem the first time I put the disc in my PS3 slim. Ejected and put it in again and I was okay. The problem has not reoccurred.

The Nashua, NH store was good enough to call me last night to remind me that if I didn't pick up my reserved blu-ray of "The Magician" today, on Monday it wouldn't be 1/2 off anymore. Good service!
