Thanks for the replies, I thought about going back to Bestbuy and looking at the display but since it's a 39" they just have it thrown on one of the bargain shelves with the smaller TV's not on the...

I called Panasonic back they stated they don't know why I haven't gotten any call backs they've escalated it and from there it was never followed up on. But there escalating it again and to wait for...
