I got some two dollar ones from the 5 dollar bin that way a couple of years ago. Last Year I noticed they put stickers over the barcodes with different numbers on the black friday ones. I don't know...

Some binders and/or sleeves will do a number on disc and some are very gentle on them. I have saw some leave a imprint on the disc that could not be cleaned off. I have some cheap hinged lid Innovera...
