Re: Big Brother 15

I don't know anything about their real lives, nor do I see a point in going into what they really do and all of that (I'm glad I missed the first episodes because of this, the only people I know...

Re: It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia - "Gun Fever Too: Still Hot" - 09/11/13

I'm pretty bummed out that we dont actually get it here. I think they're still in negotiations or whatever. Do you think they'll bump episodes over to FX before the season is up? I don't really see...

Re: Heroes of Cosplay on Syfy

Yeah, the Talking Dead is the worse thing they could have done to the Walking Head....would like to slap that guy most of the time.

I'm glad Chloe won last night though, her costume was awesome....

Re: Heroes of Cosplay on Syfy

I like Chloe and her motto with the Cosplay being for fun and people should be able to do what they wanted. That aspect of the show should be stressed more, but instead most of the women are total...

Re: Big Brother 15

I think that if this showing is still going five years from now we will practically be looking at the Hunger Games. I can think of a lot of things I'd do for a large sum of cash, but act like these...

Re: Big Brother 15 After Dark/Live Feed Spoiler Thread

I don't know if they'd let you since there's only 2 1/2 week left. Seems like there's nothing much to see in the house right now anyway. Last night I put it on Big Brother After Dark and all they...

Re: Big Brother 15 After Dark/Live Feed Spoiler Thread

I was thinking the same thing. Andy is one of the people I would trust the least in the house. In fact, I don't think I'd be in a serious alliance with him knowing his history of flip flopping. He...

Re: It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia - "The Gang Broke Dee" - 09/04/13

Yeah, don't get the point of the FXX channel..is there more X to the shows on this channel? I'm looking forward to a new season though. Not too many shows I can follow for this long...good stuff.

Re: jOBS (April, 2013) - Kutcher, Mulroney, Woods, Modine

I don't care for Ashton Kutcher so will be skipping out on this entirely. Are they lacking in people to cast movies properly because it seems like some of these movies have no basis for what the...

Re: Era of rubber-suited monsters in Tokyo is coming to an end

Eh, give it five years and hipster will hit Japan. Then you'll have about 50 different directors throwing it in because it is retro and chic. I wouldn't count it out just yet, nor would I see it as a...

Re: Big Brother 15 After Dark/Live Feed Spoiler Thread

I lost what little respect I had for GinaMarie when she was talking all that crap to Candice. There's playing the game and there's going way too far on a personal level. I'm still rooting for Judd...

Re: Time Warner DROPS CBS/Showtime (for now)

We had TWC when they decided to cut off Showtime..or whatever channel Dexter is on during the final season. People in the house were pretty mad, but TWC has a monopoly on this area. We finally found...

Re: Heroes of Cosplay on Syfy

I enjoyed last night's show. The two friends being back was nice because it is always cool to see some camaraderie, rather than cut throat (even though this week they were competing with one another....

Re: Heroes of Cosplay on Syfy

I'm enjoying the show! Gotta save my favorites are the two friends and Lydia. I have to agree about Victoria. She doesn't even do half of the costume herself and then whines like a little brat when...

Re: Why don't the late night talk shows have guest hosts

Yeah, he's likely to be out 3 months, or longer right? I am enjoying Oliver. He's not John Stewart, but the show is still funny and worth watching despite the guest host. Oliver really made that...

Re: Showtime greenlights new horror series "Penny Dreadful" from the makers of Skyfal

Sounds pretty good. I love when they add some literary figures to stuff, so they've bought be for at least the first few episodes. We will see though. Not so sure about Josh Hartnet though, although...

Re: Anyone read book blogs?

I'd love to find the time to find and read some book blogs, but a lot of my down time ends up spent just winding down to go to sleep. Of course, working for a book blog would be another story since I...

Re: Prison Break's Wentworth Miller reveals he's gay in open letter to Russian film f

Good for him! I'm not at all surprised he's gay (because it doesn't matter, the shock value just isn't there for this type of thing). I am surprised he's 41 though! He looks really young, I would...

Re: Bad Ink on A&E

Is this the show with the bald guy who was on Ink Master? If not then it is probably just about the same. I like seeing what they come up with over some of the crappy tats, but the reenactments are...

Re: Moron accidentally uses valuable comic books to make a paper mache scultpure

Wow, this guy should be kicking himself. The statue looks like garbage anyway so why waste the comics to make something that should be in the bin anyway. I think comic book lovers around the world...

re: J K Rowling doesn't announce two new post-Potter books [2014 update]

Wow! I can see why she wanted to write under a pseudonym though. I mean, if I were known for doing on thing that was loved around the world, I might want to see if my writing would hold up with...

Re: Bruce Willis says he's "bored of action movies."

I loved Bruce Willis in Moonrise Kingdom. I really do wish he would more films like that. On the flip side, I did enjoy Bruce Willis in Red, but largely because the action seemed a side note in that...

re: Anchorman 2: The Legend Continues (2013) D: McKay; S: Ferrell, Rudd, Carell, Koechner

I am probably more excited about Anchorman 2 than I should be. I usually don't go for sequels, but Anchorman still makes me laugh and I've watched it about a gazillion times. Can't wait til it...

re: Cormac McCarthy (1933-2023) - Books and News

I've only read the Road and I blasted through it because it was so amazing. I'll have to check out some of the other books mentioned here though because I really did enjoy the work of this author.
