I bet there is a service menu that would allow adjustments to fix this.

The company claims there isn't a service menu. But I think they have to say that.

Can't find out anything about one...

Yeah, that's the unit.

You're right it probably is the scaler. I was thinking it was just a screen adjustment issue. But the scaler makes more sense.
