Oh, I'm sure that's the ultimate plan for these assholes.

My reaction is that I was okay with it. I was disappointed that so many people supported a selfish-playboy and reality TV businessman for POTUS. But I figured Trump would "normalize" as a president. Over the next six months, I realized that will never happen.

At home with plenty of alcohol and weed, with my air horn at the ready in case it goes the way I'm hoping it does (Trump losing in a landslide) and then running out into the street in front of my house to dance my ass off and blow my air horn at the same time!

A girl can dream...can't she?

At home, sporadically checking results with a tablet while watching TV with the wife. I'll go to bed at my normal 9pm, and then recheck sporadically throughout Wednesday.

I'll be where I am right now, at my desk, sitting in front of my computer. Only question is, will I be sober and posting useful things here, or will I be, er, not sober, and shitposting on Twitter.

I guess time will tell!

I may be watching this from a padded cell, for my own good.

My intent is to put my boys to bed and then watch the new 4k disc of V for Vendetta prior to tuning into any results. Iíll probably glance at my phone from time to time, but will try to avoid too much intake until between 9 & 10. I wonít be drinking, as I fear Iíd imbibe an irresponsible amount out of either depression or relief. I have taken the rest of the week off and will be picking up a nice bottle of bourbon later today to be opened tomorrow.

Not going to really watch anything news wise, I'll look at the results on my phone through the night while watching whatever we are going to watch tonight.

The closer it gets to it, the more I'm thinking I'm going to ignore it all and just check the results tomorrow morning.

If I see that the returns are showing a possible Trump win early in the evening, I will cut off all communication with the outside world and watch The Road.

My liquor store had more activity than my voting precinct.

Dixville Notch NH election 2020 results are Biden:5 Trump:0. Rural New Hampshire town votes 100% for Biden. Is that a bellwether?

Actually, that picture makes me a little sad. When I was growing up in New Hampshire, they had 20+ voters. It's another sign of shrinking rural communities.

Well, judging by the way I've been unable to focus on anything else today, I'll be watching results all night. But, I have an edible and a bottle of wine: I plan on getting wasted. Also plan on stress binge eating--I'm making thai food for dinner and a cherry crisp for dessert with lots extra. If worse comes to worst, I'll drown my sorrows in a bowl of panang curry and tears.

Re: The Election 2020 Results Discussion Thread

I was comparing Dixville Notch and Millsfield to their 2016 results (on their Wikipedia page.)
There's not much to learn.

In 2016 Dixville went: 4 Clinton, 2 Trump, 1 Johnson and 1 Romney
in 2016 Millsfield went: 16 Trump, 4 Clinton, 1 Sanders

So, no third party/write-in impact this time around.

Girlfriend comes over at 7 for dinner and to watch. Steaks, creamed spinach, roasted carrots, and a METRIC TUN of booze. I believe we're also working on an election game involving sex & states called for Biden.

Is there a list of countries accepting American immigrants? Just planning my future if Trump wins.

Stowing away on a container ship or sneaking across the border in the dead of night are not out of the question.
