Come on. Can’t we fucking do something about him advertising his own businesses? SHS has stated his tweets are “official” POTUS statements. Seriously, isn’t there a law or something? (Sarcastic).

Its almost like a SNL skit. When is he just going to hold up a Diet Coke at every press event?

Re: Official Trump Presidency Thread, Part 3

I know that nobody here likes good news regarding the Trump Presidency, but we had another great jobs report. I purposedly picked an article from CBS and not from FoxNews or Breitbart, so you don't think it was a Republican Spin:

https://www.cbsnews.com/news/job-gro...ment-shutdown/

I'm really sorry guys as I didn't want to post any good news about the country in this thread, and I worry I may get banned for doing it!

As long as they're not precious white children. Nothing to see here.

Pepsi would probably pay him to do that.

See? Trump was right when he said there was a human trafficking crisis at the border. He just neglected to mention that we're the culprits.

This is so fucking tragic, and as a parent I personally find this heartbreaking. What a horrible thing to do, those responsible are absolute garbage in my eyes.

It is good news. But it's the 100th consecutive month with a positive jobs report. Trump will take credit of course, but it was chugging along nicely for 76 months under Obama before Trump ever set foot in the White House. Not exactly a huge achievement when you look at it in context.

In his defense, it's easy to think there's a bias against posting good news about the Trump administration since it's such a rare occurrence.
It's like the Canadian weather channel having a bias against reporting warm weather in the dead of winter.

Well I for one am fine with you posting anything you want. As mentioned, jobs have been doing great for a very long time. Are you celebrating Trump not fucking jobs up?

Tho seriously. As much as I hate what Trump does, a broken clock is right twice a day. Seriously, I can’t think of a reason NOT to give him credit for the criminal law reform he supported. No didnt
think it went far enough. But I was surprised he supported.

Tho will say ur post was slightly dimished by the snarky “being banned” comment. But I’m sure many have been snarky ant-Trump. Including myself so....

Does HRC get to “think” the same based on hacks and Russian interference?

Re: Official Trump Presidency Thread, Part 3

I'm wondering if he'll get some new ideas from Maduro's behavior:

The leader of a country can simply have tons of gold moved around whenever he wants?

Mick, get Fort Knox on the phone. Ask them to transfer all of the gold to Trump Tower for safekeeping. No, don't worry about an inventory. I've got the best accountants. They'll keep track of it for the Treasury.

Maybe.

If you don't work for a company hurt by his trade war.

I work at GM and we are sooo happy all looking forward to Black Monday tomorrow when thousands of us get laid off. Management and PR have explicitly mentioned the steel tariffs as part of our woes in various news stories.

Is that the sole reason? No, but between the trade war stuff and Trump shit talking our company in the news, it isn't helping.

I'm not sure the trade stuff isn't a slow moving disaster waiting to happen.

Social media disclaimer : my opinions stated here are my own and not GM's.

I have brought Trump's 24 jobs reports up as many times as Obama's, during his consecutive 76 postive monthly reports. You have brought Trump's report up at least one time (and possibly more) and never praised Obama.

You are the hypocrite, sir.

And FYI: Obama did better on jobs during his last term (on average) than Trump is doing during his term. Would you concede that Obama did an excellent job on jobs during his second term?
