Health Insurance: FSA/HSA Low Limits

I'm looking at FSA/HSA and the IRS caps are really low. $2650 for FSA. For someone making $75,000, state and federal marginal tax rate in CA is about 20%.
So having FSA for that person only saves about $660 per year (even lower savings for people who make less). That's less than $60 per month.

Why the fuck aren't all health related expenses tax free :-\

How much are your unreimbursed medical expenses? Do you have a periodically recurring one which is more than $60/month?
