Re: Official Trump Presidency Thread, Part 2

Thursday, Friday, over the weekend there were major rumblings.

Today is when the axis of the earth finally shifted. Sunlight is going to suddenly come in from a different direction, the hours of dark to light have been reordered.

The vast majority of civilians out there are suddenly having to come to grips with a disorientating new status quo.

And the big indictments havien't even come down yet.

This still needs the Republicans to oppose Trump. They aren't going to do it.

Fuck the Republicans. They have shown that they care nothing about America, or the Constitution. They care only about what they can gain from holding, and abusing, power. The guillotine is too good for them.

The Republicans, as I've been telling people for over a year now, as a party are officially fucked.

For that matter, the orchestra can start playing off the NRA now too.

Without being too vulgar, I agree, friend. It's just too bad that CNN and MSNBC still feels they need to grant them almost equal airtime...Cause god forbid if those networks are considered "left-leaning"...even when that essentially means being "truthful"....

I agree, but am anxiously awaiting the day that they are officially "fucked.". That day can't come too soon.

Excuse me sir, are you talking about ALL American citizens who voted Republican or identify as Republican since the 2016 election? /s

This is insanity...

K. I don't have Twitter. But CNN just showed what Trump just tweeted. He is a f**king moron and someone needs to tell him that. Jesus Christ...I've never seen or heard of a world leader as stupid as him...

The best days are still to come (and still a few very bad ones too- but the ratio is in the process of swinging in the opposite direction of where it's been sitting the last two years.).

In the meantime, savor the anticipation.

These are the days you'll be boring your grandkids about.

The Republicans aren't going anywhere. Millions and millions of supporters and overwhelming approval of Trump from the party. Nothing can take them down (or the NRA for that matter).

Re: Official Trump Presidency Thread, Part 2

Jeff Flake is now on CNN saying that he's going to sit down with his "colleagues" and see "what they can do." My guess? As usual, they do nothing. Apparently it takes balls to condemn the president when you ARE NOT RUNNING FOR RE-ELECTION...Jeff Flake is a tool...I suspect he'll try and run for the Presidency in a couple years, but he has NO balls...So good luck to him...He needs to stop acting like he's a patriot when he's only in it for himself...

FUCK JEFF FLAKE.

I would love to hear from the forum Trump supporters, what did you think of the press conference?

Nope, not while they're in power.

A fair election with good participation will clean them out pretty thoroughly.

"Here's a meme to express my thoughts, and some nobody on Twitter agreeing with it!"

"Trump triggered the libs! What more could we ask for? Aside from Hillary's emails, of course!"

"Oh, so because Trump didn't disagree with Putin, we're all Russian Hitler spies now, like the KKK supremacists!"

etc. etc.

Boy, it's funny to watch Fox struggle with how to maintain their position as Trump's propaganda arm.

Re: Official Trump Presidency Thread, Part 2

The fact that Republicans in Congress have a myriad of ways to check Trump and yet choose not to can only be explained either by:

1. They are in on it.
or
2. They do not care what Trump does so long as they get tax cuts, Supreme Court nominees, etc. and are happy to be "deeply concerned" until the end of time.
or
3. Both.

Any one of these is a great reason to bury them in an avalanche of shit come November.
And I think there will be a heavy turnout - people didn't vote last time, assuming trump would lose - those same people aren't staying home next time.
