Tucker Carlson Buys KeithOlbermann.com

Tucker Carlson's site The Daily Caller just picked up keitholbermann.com. This is gonna be fun.

The Daily Caller acquires KeithOlbermann.com

The Daily Caller, one of the fastest-growing online media properties, announced today its acquisition of KeithOlbermann.com, expanding the company’s global reach into a new segment of the online political market. For more than six months The Daily Caller has been a recognized market leader in commentary about Keith Olbermann. Ruth Graham’s weekly Olbermann wrap-up, “We watch, because we’re paid to,” appears on The Daily Caller’s website each Friday.

“We plan to make The Daily Caller the one-stop online shop for Keith Olbermann commentary,” said Editor-in-Chief Tucker Carlson. “We will be THE Keith Olbermann superstore.”

Keith Olbermann threatens legal action against The Daily Caller via Twitter

Keith Olbermann, host of MSNBC’s Countdown with Keith Olbermann, has responded to the news that The Daily Caller has acquired the domain, KeithOlbermann.com.

In a tweet posted at 10:46 AM, the aging cable anchor wrote, “Regarding @TheDailyCaller and Keitholbermann.com: I hope whoever sold it to them got CASH.”

Several minutes later, an apparently still-reeling Olbermann clarified his meaning: “Also regarding @TheDailyCaller and KeithOlbermann.com – the law’s pretty clear on this, so, nice waste of money, Tuckie. #p2 #tcot.”

The implication is that MSNBC, or Keith Olbermann personally, will pursue legal action to stop the dissemination of news and information on The Daily Caller.

Not so fast, responded Tucker Carlson, editor-in-chief of The Daily Caller. “Some might step back and allow Mr. Olbermann to drain his bladder on the first amendment – indeed, on the Bill of Rights itself,” said Carlson. “Not us. No, by God, not us.”

Awesome! Petty infighting among rich media pundits whose shit opinions are of little value to anyone!

This perfectly demonstrates the intelligence level of Keith Olbermann....that he didn't think to acquire the domain years ago.

His intelligence level? I don't think he had it to begin with.

I guess you're never too old to be a childish dickhead.

Maybe now we'll start seeing more of the libertarian view of things.

True, but anyone that has followed Carlson for any length of time knows that he does almost everything with a smirk on his face. It's his schtick. Olbermann, on the other hand, not so much.

I think this will be pretty funny.

What took the republicans so long to get it? Or were they too busy snapping up all the sites like bushsucks.com?

I don't think Tucker Carlson is a Republican.

Tucker Carlson is a libertarian.

He's a proud member of The Cato Institute.

Battle of the Douches.

Tucker Carlson is still around? Who knew? I thought he was in the fetal position somewhere since the Jon Stewart incident. ;)

Seems this is one-sided childishness. Am I missing something Olbermann did?

Olbermann has just failed to mature - maybe physically, but not mentally .

I'm a liberal, and very liberal at that. I agree with a lot of what Olbermann says. I cannot condone his delivery any more than I condone the delivery of the other guys. Adults can have differences of opinion, but the inability to have a cordial and well-reasoned debate it what makes them both (all) children to me.

I haven't watched him in months (a couple of years), but when I did he never had anyone on his program that he didn't agree with. That was his principal problem, IMO. Ever so often you ought to have someone from the 'other side.'

You can't say that about O'Reilly. He does have folks on that he disagrees with.

That is because it is hard to shout at people you agree with. ;)

And then interrupts them constantly so they can barely get 3 coherent sentences in before the interview ends.

At least he has them on. Olbermann doesn't.

Last night Keith said: "You dun goofed! Consequences will never be the same!!"

He then said he had backtraced it, and reported Tucker to the cyber police.
