Hmmm, I thought we already had some sort of Social program for the Security of retirees, but I can't seem to think of what it is.

The pessimist in me wonders... when the Treasury stops being able to find enough foreign buyers for T-Bills, will we be forced to invest some of our 401(k)s in T-Bills? Even if that is not the end goal of this, please keep your hands off my 401(k). Thanks.

I want my money to be worth more, make more of it, at the expense of other people. Thanks for asking, Treasury!

Had not thought of that. It would suck. Fortunately, I don't see it happening, and I don't think it could happen fast enough to do the Feds any good.
