any guesses on the scandal in bush's 2nd term?

in the proud tradition of the last 20 years, bush is due for a nice scandal in his second term. reagan had iran-contra and clinton had his troubles. any guesses on what bush will have to put up with?

I think it's reversed. All the scandals were in the first term and the 2nd term will be generally uneventful. Apparently he has survived nicely, so I think he's pretty teflon at this point.

Huh?

Anyways...I think something will blow up, and other than that, it will be uneventful.

Something involving Jenna and too much beer. That, or Bush will claim he invented the "internets".

Bush teflon? He's no Slick Willy! There is going to be a witch hunt the next four years and we're still in the middle of a war. If we can't find anything we'll make something up!

You can't have a witch hunt when your side controls both houses of Congress. Maybe if the Dems get a midterm miracle and gain back both houses in 2006 we could have a good old fashioned witch hunt like we did in the 1990's, but I'm doubtful of that. I stand by my statement.

Isn't this some kind of record? All four of the last 2 term presidents have a scandal in their second term.

Doesn't the whole Rove/Libby thing kind of qualify? I mean all the other "scandals" are things that only came to the forefront during the 2nd term but really were going on the whole time (or atleast started earlier) right?
