OMG, I went to a youtube of Redd Foxx's You Gotta Wash Your Ass routine and the youtube was put up Jan 2009 and has over 3.5 million views (no clue when the actual stand-up routine was performed, maybe in the late 70s or early 80s?). It is crazy funny, and he deals with a heckler in the audience and I also noticed quite a diverse crowd and some very old ladies in the audience, but they were indeed laughing.
Yeah, hygiene around the private parts is very important. Also, some of the more depressing posts wondering if how you smell something has been effected by Covid, that unfortunately does make me go, hmmm...something to think about. I know that if I ever lose my sense of taste, even briefly, I will probably test positive for Covid when I take a test, but so far so good. The senses, smell and taste, easy to forget they can be heavily impacted depending on if you are ill or not.

I don’t find any of this amusing. As some others have stated, he could quite likely have a medical condition, a urine bag, a bladder control issue, etc. These are not uncommon conditions.
If you want to be a good friend you will tell him in a matter of fact way. Be nice, but be direct. If I had this problem I’d want to know about it.
