Both mine do. They're ragdolls, a breed sometimes called puppy cats. One fetches, one walks on a leash. Weirdly, one growls at strangers like she's an angry dog, so she has both good and bad dog behaviors.

The foster mom says they're British Shorthairs but people who have seen them say they're Siamese. Gertie is a seal point and Gavin is blue lynx. They're going to the vet for booster shots in 2 weeks so I'll see what they think they are.
I've had many cats run to the door to greet me when I get home. My black cat Greg would sharpen his claws on my shoes, he started doing that when he was about the same size as my shoes.

^ That's a beautiful cat, but are you sure of its age? You'll only enjoy about 5 years with him if he's really 10 years old. But, congratulations for you on taking him in! He will be grateful, indeed.

*sigh* you'd think so, but he chewed his way through the duct tape I'd covered the cat door with, forced open the screen door, and escaped overnight just a few hours after he got here. I've put food out for him and I'll keep the cat door accessible during my waking hours but I can't leave it that way all the time or my other two might get out. 😞

Aww Vibiana. Your cats are so beautiful. Hope your lost kitty makes it home, preferably to you, but at least to somewhere safe.
I've decided I don't have a cat. I have a kitchen otter. I'll try to take a pic, but basically, one of my cats likes to keep me company while I'm cooking--on her back with her feet tucked up like an otter. One of us, one of us! :-)

In that case, thanks for giving him a great home. I love dogs, but don't have it in me to give one the care it deserves, so I don't have one. Therefore, I have to be content admiring and loving up on those of others.

Good on you for recognizing that about yourself. Many people who don't understand that pets must be cared for and loved still selfishly get pets. And that's how dogs end up tied to trees.
