Sinus problems?
I have many health issues and never really pursued a doctor's opinion on my sinuses.
The roof of my mouth swells and goes up and down and sinuses constantly run.
Anything natural over the counter stuff that will help with the problem?

I hope you find a good solution. All I have to add beyond that is whenever I hear the word "sinus," I immediately think of this commercial for Sign-Off:

Neti Pot w/ Distilled Water can be useful sometimes. Saline in general is pretty good.
But otherwise, mine come and go and it's annoying.

I take allergy medication (Allegra), use an air purifier and do this :
It all helps in some way, but I still get a sinus infection every once in a while.
I also need to start using a humidifier when I go to bed.

Afrin will open your nose up but the longer it's used it can damage the inside of your nose.
I don't think Flonase or Nasalcort does that.
Maybe some stinging or throat irritation.

Mucinex-D (not DM) clears my sinuses well. It's over-the-counter, but they do keep a log when you buy it and you have to show ID (because it contains pseudoephedrine).

Locally grown raw honey is a natural remedy for allergies. I speak from personal experience that one teaspoon of local honey a day is a true miracle worker for sinus issues. Also, a Neti Pot with saline is beneficial in many ways, including helping to keep your sinus cavities clean, which helps improve your immune system to fight off cold viruses. Try to avoid using steroid sprays for allergies as they typically dry out your sinuses and can also cause cataracts over time with frequent use. Also, think about your diet and what foods you may be reacting to. Personally, I discovered that staying away from dairy, especially eggs, really helped improve my sinus issues.

Try going to an ENT, I was told by mine that I have a deviated septum that is part of the problem.
