Poorly worded headlines

These pop up every now and again but I just saw this one and it freaked me out.

Re: Poorly worded headlines

The BBC always has headlines that appear weird because of slang/different use of language. For example:

"The British teen slaying in America"

I thought a British teen was murdered in America. Nope. This is a about a British teen "killing it" on America's Got Talent.

Re: Poorly worded headlines

We had a front page (of the Sports section) headline a couple of years ago, very touching story about a high school football player whose Mom had passed away, it had a big picture of him, and beneath:

All City High graduate wanted was to
`DO HIS MOM
PROUD'

Problem was, when I tossed the paper down on the bed and started flipping through sections, looking for the Sports section, what I saw was the following (due to the fold)...

All City High graduate wanted was to
`DO HIS MOM
