What's next? Would you buy this Shit Burger for $50? The chef took a dump onto a burger bun. Only the best ass-to-table, artisinal, gluten-free excrement!
Now why would anyone eat any of this stuff and pay lots of money to do so? I don't understand this world.

One of our local restaurants is actually serving Tarantula burgers this month in Durhan, NC. Every year they have an exotic game month and each day is a different exotic meat. I think there is a lottery to get to eat the tarantula burger

I've had a small portion of Kangaroo jerky. It was the best tasting meat ever.
Wild boar to me tasted like grould pork but lighter and more airy. Elk and venison tastes similiar to easch other. Buffalo tasted almost like beef but leaner. Ground lamb was very squishy. Tried frog legs on a recent cruise. It was very rubbery with little taste other than whatever butter herb sauce they cooked it in. Had rabbit on the same cruise but the portion were so small and mixed in with whatever finely chopped vegetables that you could not tell when you were eating rabbit or what it tasted like.

Bull City Burgers has python, camel, turtle, aligator, reindeer, ostritch, and a number of other exotic game this month. Oddly, they list turkey as an "exotic" meat. Would like to go there and try some but it's 30 miles away and you don't always know which meat they are serving until the last minute.

I'd take the spider over the toe any day. Not interested in the tarantula burger but if it was free I may try one bite out of curiousity but it would still grossme out. The thought of eating it is probably worse than how it tastes.

HELL NO.

I'd never pay 30 dollars for a burger.

If you can gulp down a drink with a rotten toe in it, surely you can eat a burger with a roasted tarantula.

Yeah, but you don't actually have to eat the toe, just touch it with your lips. I'd much rather do that than eat a whole roasted tarantula.

They're both disgusting but you are right. I would have a hard time consuming a tarantula on top of a burger.

Hey now...no need to impugn the reputation of the delectable Turkey burger, of which I enjoyed for lunch today (the Dairy Belle in Hayward makes a mean Turkey burger).

If someone put this in front of me without telling me the crunchy bits were a tarantula I might get it down just fine, and they would also have to pony up the $30.00.

Otherwise, unless I am on Fear Factor or Survivor and this keeps me in the game I will take a hard pass on this culinary treat.
