This is not a request or begging thread.
Do not make posts asking for codes or if anyone "has any you're not using."
If someone has a digital code they would like to give away, they will make a post saying so, and then you must fulfill their stated requirements to have a chance of obtaining it. Do not respond to posts that are more than a couple hours old, because those codes will be gone already.

I can’t speak for anyone else here but I’ve seen several of kahuna’s recent posts within seconds or minutes of posting and skipped them because I wasn’t interested in the movie.

Same here. Stumbling into the thread at the right time to get a free code for a movie you like or want to see is exciting. I wouldn't want to take that away from someone else just so I can digitally hoard a movie I have no interest in.

I’m glad nobody’s mad with me. I only wanted the mockingjay code for my wife’s bday and the I was gonna buy the other one on Vudu so she would have all 4 (?) of them. 😀

I have also passed on several offers for films that I wasn't interested in to leave them for someone who might want them more. I also am not subscribed to the thread and only request stuff if I happen to be here at the right time.

Re: The Thread with the Digitally-Coded Title (Get it?!)
Wow I'm gone for about 10 hours or so & all hell breaks out. I'm not on my computer like I use to be since I take care of my Mom 24/7.
And I do mean 24/7.
I just happen to come across this blu-ray since it was a extra copy. To answer CptnAmerica13 & others
question. No you do not have to post PM me in this thread. I don't give the code to the first PM also. I try to spread out the codes to as many people as
possible. So if you recently gotten a code you probably won't get for for a while. But it depends since when I post it's usually in the early PM & it
seems the same people are up early checking out this thread.

Toy Story 4 (2019) - "Google Play Only" 4K UHD Digital Code. PM if interested.

Code has been claimed.

Re: The Thread with the Digitally-Coded Title (Get it?!)
Thanks, b2net! I knew some codes still worked past the date, but I wondered if it being a UV code made it irrelevant since that service was no more. I don't need this code, but is there a certain platform I should use to see if other UV codes might work? I don't keep up with things as well as many of you.
Also, I don't want to breach any thread etiquette -- were you interested in this particular code since you posted first?
Otherwise, I'll be sending it to my fellow Hoosier.
Either way, it has been claimed.

As far as checking a code to see if it will work, it depends on the studio providing the code. I have a couple methods I use.
MA
- Ensure you ARE NOT logged into MA
- Click Redeem
- Enter Code
- Hit Enter
- The site usually tells what is being redeemed (Title and Resolution) and states please login to redeem
- Do Not Login
- Back to previous page or pages
VUDU
- Using an Incognito window in Chrome
- Ensure you ARE NOT logged into VUDU
- Go to the title you are checking
- Click Redeem
- Enter code
- If the site asks you to Login to redeem, then the code is good
- If it states something is wrong with the code, then VUDU will not redeem the code
Some codes may still be good on iTunes or Google Play (or specific to either).
If you can't determine if a code will work yet still want to donate a code, you can put disclaimer that it is untested and hope it works for them. If offering as trade or for sale, I've seen some state "only pay if code works". That could become a trust item though.

I only respond if it is a movie I’m interested in. Usually one I’ve seen before and want to watch again. Like Toy Story 4.

Re: The Thread with the Digitally-Coded Title (Get it?!)
Alright since some people here were generous enough to give me their codes in this thread, I'm going to pay it forward and offer a code.
It's for The Equalizer 2. I already own the movie on 4K UHD and have it on digital as well, so I can afford to part with this.
However, I have some strings attached.
No newbies or lurkers.

PM me if you're interested.

Guardians of the Galaxy 4K Google Only Digital Code, PM if interested. Not sure if this will work since
I code not get the original 4K code to work in Vudu. I think I screwed up when creating the Google Only
& iTunes code, so sorry if it does not work.

Re: The Thread with the Digitally-Coded Title (Get it?!)
You can only split Google Play first. When you generate iTunes, it invalidates all the other options (including Google Play if you didn’t do it first), like VUDU.

Ok looks like I also screwed myself out of a 4K code for Guardians of the Galaxy as well as the Google Play only code. Not sure why I decide to try to also generate a iTunes code but lesson learned.

Re: The Thread with the Digitally-Coded Title (Get it?!)
When you put the original (4k) code in at https://redeemdigitalmovie.com/ it will then show the list of retailers, and only Vudu and FandangoNow will indicate the 4k banner. iTunes and Google don't have it.
The only reason I can think of to generate an iTunes code (after getting Google code) is if you wanted to giveaway/sell the original code as DMI points only. But, you'd lose the 4k redemption.

Crap, it looks like what I thought were going to be download codes were just a link for a download that expired.
I got two boxes of Junior Mints that mentioned a free download of the Seinfeld episode The Junior Mint. But it expired in October.
