This is not a request or begging thread.
Do not make posts asking for codes or if anyone "has any you're not using."

If someone has a digital code they would like to give away, they will make a post saying so, and then you must fulfill their stated requirements to have a chance of obtaining it. Do not respond to posts that are more than a couple hours old, because those codes will be gone already.

I mean I didn’t want to anger anyone I just figured nobody else put up a PM sent so I’d take a chance.

I don't think anyone is complaining about you. Rather CptnAmerica13 for trying to claim it when you obviously already had requested it.

There's also irritation because CptAmerica13 is only here to scrounge free codes, which is the reason the thread title was changed.

Re: The Thread with the Digitally-Coded Title (Get it?!)

Quick question--I opened a copy of the show Copper: Season 1 yesterday and there's an Ultraviolet code that has a redemption deadline of 2014. I know Ultraviolet is no more--is this code worthless? I'll offer it up if there's a chance it's still good and a way to redeem it.

Some codes work long after the expiration. When they do work sometimes it is only with 1 provider. Some codes so actually expire.

Thanks, b2net! I knew some codes still worked past the date, but I wondered if it being a UV code made it irrelevant since that service was no more. I don't need this code, but is there a certain platform I should use to see if other UV codes might work? I don't keep up with things as well as many of you.

Also, I don't want to breach any thread etiquette -- were you interested in this particular code since you posted first?

Otherwise, I'll be sending it to my fellow Hoosier.

Either way, it has been claimed.

No issue with you Deadman, the anger in this thread was directed at Cap. In case anyone is wondering where the Mockingjay code went, I got it. I PM'd kahuna directly before your post. As far as I know, there is no requirement to put PM sent in the thread once you send the PM, but if people would rather that I did in the future, I can.

If that's what we're doing though, why did we go from requesting offered codes directly in the thread to the PM method?

I like making requirements and making people jump through hoops. i.e. must be a user registered before Jan 2020. & what's the third word of the second paragraph in post #1337 of the Landlords on my case thread?

Well, the giver can give it in any method they want, but I think giving it to the first poster in the thread has some advantages over PMís, like not inundating the giverís mailbox and letting everyone know someone has already claimed it because they can see the post

Re: The Thread with the Digitally-Coded Title (Get it?!)

Are people here actually taking “free movies” they want to see or like? If you’re taking shit just because it’s free and you’re not going to watch it, then why do it?

If I offered free digital codes for Gigli, Momma’s Boy and Big Mommas House 2, would you all want it just because it’s “free”.
