Well it did involve a lot of drama, which as an introvert, I tend to hate.

I did not aspire to this post. I was sort of "voluntold."

Re: What is your proudest moment on dvdtalk? Brag thread...

Started to keep all information regarding film projects in Movie Talk to one thread by adding a proposed release date and a "news, rumors, cast, etc." in the thread titles. What surprised me was how late in the timeline it was... 2007.

http://forum.dvdtalk.com/movie-talk/...-castings.html

It was a take on DJariya's tv threads that were episode specific.

I liked reading a whole thread on the development of a film when it was rumored to go into production, its stops and starts, difficulties, changes in production or cast, etc.

In my many years here I have accomplished nothing remarkable or noteworthy.

My proudest moment was the time I got creekdipper to admit he was wrong.

Hmmm... nothing specific I can think of. I mean, I TRY to be funny, but I don't think I really am.
I guess I'm proud of never getting suspended or banned, since I can get fairly confrontational.

But again, it's difficult for me to recall any of my own specific posts. But if I may single out another member, I think Michael Corvin may have had the best post of all time, right here.

Oh, I can still not look at the Hulk today and giggle like a school girl. One of the most iconic photos of all time IMHO.

If it helps.. your political views are extremely hilarious!

All kidding aside I'm in the same boat.. try to add some humor where possible, pop my perspective into a discussion.

I try to keep things light. I used to care what people thought or cared if they disagreed with me or whatnot. Over the years I've evolved above that. I'm no longer interested in proving I'm right or you are wrong - even though it would be so easy.

Not sure I have any proud moments on here. I just like best when we can all laugh together over something.

Well, since this election, I think I try to pepper my political posts with humor about this administration's insanity, or else I'm the one who would go insane.

I do feign a lot of anger, and it's really meant to be more tongue in cheek than it might come off.

Hulk Penis was mine. Good to be remembered in a thread like this...twice!

All I have to be proud of is Drink-Man.

And that is enough! Long live Drink-Man!! I had so many belly laughs with those!

As for me, I got nothin'.....except maybe for the Aunt Beru reverse sheep answer that got some well deserved mockery.

It was the time when I said that smg was correct and I was wrong before realizing that I was wrong about his being correct.

The time I pulled a "Moonlight" and was awarded an after-the-fact retroactive Sheep victory in Superhero Sheep that procured me a coveted spot of enshrinement in the Five-Timer Club.

Now that you mention it, my proudest moment on dvdtalk was when SSG Honeylamb and I were immortalized in a Drink-Man comic involving beef drapes.
