Help me troubleshoot my lawn mower.. Thanks!!

I recently got an Encore Z34 zeroturn from my dad.. My uncle gave it a tune up (cleaned everything, etc).. I've used it 3 times so far..

At first I could not keep a straight line.. Both the handles were pushed forward the same amount and it was like I was constantly having to compensate with one or the other handle to stay straight.. It's still like this but I think I've gotten used to it and can keep it straight most of the time..

More importantly, a couple times where I went to do a "zero turn" with the right handle, it would not go.. I would pull the right handle all the way back, which should make me do a 180* and it wouldn't go.. I would have to fittle with the left handle a bit and then it would.. This wasn't all the time but did happen..

I found that this happens more when I'm on a slight hill.. So almost like it's straining, trying to do it, but can't..

I researched and read it may be tracking.. So I jacked up the mower, started it, put it in neutral, and the drivers side wheel was turning very slowly on it's own..

I followed the manual (page D-4) but adjusting that part did not affect it one bit.. It still goes on it's own a little..

At this point I'm not sure what to do..

Any ideas?

Thanks!
