You have a weekend alone and a free flight anywhere in the US, where do you go?

New York?
LA?
Vegas?
Idaho?
Bahston?

Also, what would you do in that place?

I always head back to the ol' hometown. It's never a bad idea.

I would also go to Hawaii. Enjoy the blue waters and white sand. What else you need for a weekend getaway.

Hawaii and soak it up and relax.

Hawaii from Colorado is about 7hr flight. Add in another 2 hrs for inspection, and I'm looking at 18 hrs just in travel time. Not worth it to me for just a weekend trip.

As of right now, I'd probably go to the Pacific Northwest somewhere. I've only been there once, so I'd like to see it again.

Idaho. Boise most likely - drink grub and bang white girls.

I think SLC would be a better place for that. I think you have to register as a Latino in Boise (I was #954).

Gotta be Hawaii. I want to hit every state at least once, and that's the most expensive one left.

Nah, it's poppin' up there. Boise is a junior DTLA. SLC is alright, though.

Re: You have a weekend alone and a free flight anywhere in the US; where do you go?

Hawaii is a great suggestion. I wouldn't personally go there alone, though. I'd never hear the end of it from my wife. Also, like mndtrp said, I'm not up for that long of a flight just for a weekend trip.

I looked up Hamilton tickets. Fuck.

Personally, I'd do Vegas or New York; the latter if I could find a good show or two to go to.

This wasn't so much an advice-seeking thread. Just wanted to see what y'all would do.

A weekend seems like not enough time for Hawaii. I'd fly to DC to check out Trevor's physical media collection.

If you're in L.A. Hamilton will be at the Pantages in 2017.

Who gives a shit what your wife thinks? You just ruined the fantasy. You said a weekend ALONE.

Gotta be Vegas. I'm not the sit back and relax type, I need to go do things. If I had to sit on a beach for an entire weekend, I would be bored out of my mind in the first hour.
