It used to be if you were in your 40s, you were old. Now the foot's on the other hand.

Never too old, but you will always be older than many. You could be in your mid-60s when your kid graduates high-school, when lots of the other parents are 20 years younger ...

Yeah, that doesn't bother me, I take really good care of myself and definitely don't even look like I'm in my 40's - Thanks for your reply though, so far not one person I've spoken to has said anything negative about it, most even say 44 is still young (which I kind of agree with)

That's because you don't have kids.

Based on the thread titles on the first page, I would say that posters are getting older.

Will we ever see another martial arts star?

It's like my father still listening to his 1950s jazz records in the 1990s. That's what he liked in college, so . . .

Lol. Oddly enough, we believe you!

I'm turning 53 this month. I used to think that inside of me, I had the heart of a 12 year old boy, because I was a tomboy when I was young and loved comics and scifi. But my husband insists I have the soul of a 94 year old woman, mostly because he catches me singing and humming really old songs all the time. Lately "Over There" has been my earworm. That's from 1917, so 94 is probably too young.

We are falling out of the most desirable TV ratings bracket. 18-45.

I used to look back on the shows my parents watched and told them how stupid and cheesy they were .. while I was diggin' the A-Team or Knight Rider.. So... Yeah...

I still think the music we had is better than the stuff today. Damn kids these days and their "music".

I am now 44 but have the body of an 88 year old. Oh yeah, I am still 12 in maturity.

These donut lickers pretending to be musicians today wouldn't know good music if it jumped up and bit them on their perfectly taut little bottom.

I miss the old days when the singers were uncredited fat women with great voices, and skinny teenagers lipsynced to the songs in videos. Now the skinny girls do their own singing with autotune and it sounds awful.

I miss the old days when we all knew real talent when we saw it - like with Milli Vanilli.

I don't know my age after 30 . Exact figures could vary from situation to situation. Don't ask the age of a woman.
