I turned 40 a few months back. It feels just like 30 except more things hurt.

That's correct. It's so much fun trying to get the correct sleeping position so your back doesn't hurt and needing a lumbar pillow in the car so your sciatica doesn't act up. And remember eating whatever you want in your 20's? Yeah, not so much.

Re: How old are you?

I'm 40 now as of 2 months ago. The number is weird in my mind when I think about it. IE, I've been working full time for 20 years. Which is insane but I also have at least another 25 years to go which is another level of insanity.

You know I didn't think turning 50 would bug me.. but it kinda did in a way where I said "Wow.. 50. I used to think that was pretty old." but then I look at my neighbor up the street who goes out jogging every day and he's just full of pep and energy and he's like in his mid 80's. So I think it's all about the right frame of mind and making sure you eat right and exercise. Well.. back to Jerry Spinger and I have a bunch of birthday cake to finish (before I die).

Re: How old are you?

51 and will be 52 in December. I have to admit, I feel and look better than I thought I would in my fifties (knock on wood!). Maybe I'll start falling apart in my sixties.

Dude, that's really all there is to it. I think some people just give up on life. Just keep living it and you'll be fine. Fuck the number. Go off how you feel today.

Re: How old are you?

43 going to be 44 in September. I've been going through a mid-life crisis ever since I turned 36. Does anyone else here constantly google famous people's ages?

It's funny because I'm in much better shape then I was in my mid twenties (and I was in pretty good shape back then too) and I feel really good but just can't get over the number lol. Mainly to because I have no kids and I'm still on the fence about having some but I don't know if I should. What do you think.....too old?
