Resynching live musical performances to make the sound terrible?

Aaahhhh. I am pretty certain this was posted somewhere on DVDtalk, but I can't find it anymore.

This was a series of live musical performances (typically on late night shows etc), but a random guy stripped all audio and put new audio on it making it sound terrible (but very funny).

Does anybody know what I'm talking about and post a link to these videos? Thanks!

Are you talking about the "shreds" videos? This is one of my favourites:

That sounds 100,000,000 times better than anything Kiss has ever actually done.

The Clapton vid is funny, but the Beach Boys vid is hilarious.

The clapping and snapping on the Beach Boys one cracks me up. I had laughed my ass off at the Creed ones years ago, but never realized they had been done for other artists as well.

The Dennis clapping is what makes the video for me. I can't help but laugh every time I see it.

Those were great kenbuzz. That Bowie/Jagger video always was creepy to me. Like to see the Creed one that was mentioned.
